Order Approval and Order Guidelines

Email addresses

Please note that if you order any list and request delivery by email, we request that you provide an ISP-Issued email address.
If you have not called our office, and provide a non-traceable, non-ISP-issued email address, you can expect that your order
information will need to be verified by phone which will require extra time. Temporary email addresses issued by email
hosting companies such as Hotmail, Live Mail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc., are not considered to be permanent ISP-Issued Email addresses.

Orders placed using disposable temporary email addresses that will are automatically deleted by a service after a specified time
will not be processed.

General and Miscellaneous

We request that customers provide a working day-time phone number when placing orders.

Privacy Policies - General Information

Those who purchase leads are defined as 'Customers.' Customers who order leads are automatically enrolled as subscribers in our customer
database as part of the ordering process. This is so we may send leads to those who have requested email delivery, contact customers if there
are problems with the order process and also so that we can alert customers, via Newsletters and email, regarding items that may be of interest
such as product sales events and program opportunities that we think may be of interest to our customers. Normally customers are not
contacted by phone in regards to offers or promotions, but they may be contacted by email with news of special sales, promotions and
opportunities that are related to our customers interests. Generally products when delivered by email are sent from aps_info from bellsouth.net
although you may receive promotional information from fyi at smartsender.com

We may occasionally send out newsletters and email related to news about sales and special offers to customers and those who requested
product and service information or free product samples . Generally, email is sent from SmartSender.com. Each email contains an opt-out
link so you can unsubscribe from future email. We endeavor to insure that all email is CanSpam Compliant.

Free list requests

What you can expect when you request free leads

We are happy to provide a sample of our best selling premium discount leads when you request free leads.
These leads are typically production leads that include a prospect's name, phone and email address.
Postal information is normally not included with free leads.

Free lead samples may not have been edited or processed through our list hygiene programs. Therefore,
prospect contact information included with free leads may not be as accurate as contact information that is
provided with paid orders.

Only one free lead request will be processed per individual no matter which website was used to place your request.
Individuals who attempt to 'game' the free leads program may be permanently banned from the system.

We no longer replace free leads - no matter what the reason. If you are not happy or not satisfied with the results obtained in
using free leads, please do not call to request extra free leads. We simply do not have the time to take care
of paid orders and to accommodate those who wish to get extra leads for free.

Free leads are selected randomly from a lead database. We cannot and do not provide leads by state or other criteria.

Leads are sent in the body of an email that will be sent to the email address provided when a free
lead request was entered. Usually leads that are provided as free leads are less than 45 days in age. If leads
provided are over the age of 90 days, please let us know so we can provide newer leads. If you do not wish
to receive free leads by email, then you do not have permission to request free leads.

The email address you use may be important. You can provide temporary email addresses issued by services
such as Hotmail or Yahoo when you request free leads. However, if you provide this type of address, you do run
the risk of not receiving your free leads as these services are usually aggressive in limiting email that is
delivered to their customers.

We simply do not have the time to send free leads multiple times.
In other words, you run the risk of your leads email being placed in spam or bulk mail folders and you may not
receive your leads due to aggressive spam filters used by these companies. This is important to mention
because as of this time, due to the number of free lead requests we process, we will not resend your free
leads if the email containing your leads was not received due to a problem with your email account.

The downside of using a small sample is that it may be difficult to determine how useful or effective leads will be
due to the limited number of leads provided. In other words, although past customers have reported making several
sales and recruiting prospects using a free leads sample, it is generally difficult to properly test leads with a smaller sample.
A sample of leads can however be helpful to get a sense of the quality of the leads and the information that is included
with most phone or email leads. If you are interested in testing phone or email leads, a reasonable suggested quantity
would be 500 leads for phone leads and at least 1,000 leads for sending email. We provide the option of ordering leads
in smaller quantities so you can test leads before buying leads in higher quantities.

As noted on our Free Leads Request page, we require a working contact phone number in case we need to verify a free leads
request by phone.

As stated on our free lead request page and on other site information pages, you may receive promotional offers from
marketers or comparison offers
. This means you could be contacted by phone or email. Newsletters and sale
announcements and other promotional email from APS are normally sent through our Email Marketing Service,
SmartSender.com. Free leads are provided without any warranty or guarantee results or suitability of purpose.
If you do not wish to participate or receive marketing offers, you do not have permission to use our free leads program.

Compliance with marketing laws and guidelines is the marketer's responsibility. As with any marketing effort,
it is the responsibility of the marketer who uses free leads to make sure they are in compliance with all laws,
regulations and terms of service provided by various companies when marketing using free leads or any other type of lead.


General Privacy Information

Please note that we do not sell customer contact information to third parties.

We may refuse to provide services to anyone without comment or explanation.

As part of the ordering process, we may collect information automatically that will help us to determine the validity of orders.
Information such as IP Addresses and your actual physical location may be determined through various means. This information is
used internally to assist with order processing and to protect legitimate account holders from inappropriate use
of their credit card or other payment account information.

Email Marketing

We may elect to provide email broadcast services on a limited basis to customers who meet or exceed our quality standards.
Broadcast services are only provided to customers who purchase our leads as we can maintain quality and use our own
opt-in data. Marketers are responsible for providing accurate information in email campaigns are solely responsible for
their actions and representations and message content. Marketers may only send email or contact customers in
response to opt-in requests for information and must provide information that is directly related to information
requests. In other words, it is permissible to contact people who requested information about home
business opportunities if you are providing home business opportunity information but it would not
be permissible to provide information that is not related to home based business.

Although APS monitors and manages the email service to the best of our ability, it is possible that some
email will not reach it's intended destination. This can be caused by a variety of factors including
wording of subjects and email contents, not to mention your online reputation as a sender of email.
Therefore, email broadcasts are provided as a value added service and without guarantee or
suitability of purpose and we do not guarantee a response rate, click-through rate or that
recipients will respond to email messages. If complaints are received, they are to be
handled by the marketer and APS will not be responsible for messages, content or
any breach of compliance with laws and regulations that pertain to email or any
other marketing endeavor.

It is the marketers responsibility to make sure they comply with any rules, terms of service or requirements
and limitations of any and all services that are utilized in conjunction with an email campaign. including
any program or company that the marketer represents.

Terms and Conditions

We endeavor to provide complete information about our products, services and terms and conditions of sale on our website.
In fact, visitors have remarked that the amount of information we provide on our site far exceeds the information provided by
other companies who provide similar or related products and services. In order to provide more information in a more
concise way, we have added the information below should you have questions about terms and conditions of sale. If
we fail to answer a question that you have, we welcome your inquiry either by email or phone.

Free Leads and Optin Requests

Terms and conditions for free lead request that are made on sites operated by APS are the same as those which are
provided when requested directly on LeadLists.com.  Please note when a telephone number is provided on an optin
form, including free lead requests and order forms, you are consenting to be contacted even if your phone number
was previously added to a no-call list. If you do not grant full permission to be contacted by phone, then you should
not provide a phone number. Also, you not have permission to request information or services when a phone number
is not provided.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

We usually cover terms and conditions of sale on our site and by phone when customers order or request free leads by
telephone. However, you can always find information about our sales policies here and request customers, visitors and
those who receive services consult this page for answers to any questions that they may have.

In general, if a customer purchases any type of leads or list, we want our customer to be happy with the purchase.

In regards to postal mailing lists, we may, at our sole discretion, replace any list one-time with a new list if you happen to experience
an unusually high number returns or what are called nixies when you send a postal mailing. This policy is applicable should
you experience a return rate that exceeds 10%  when sending postal mail. We will also be happy to provide replacement
leads on request if you have returned mail that exceeds the number of extra leads we provide with every order.

Definition of discounted leads vs real-time leads

All leads that are not described as real-time leads are considered discount leads.

Orders for discount phone and email leads are considered final because the value of leads is diminished when sent to a customer who
may use leads without our knowledge. Therefore, please do not request a refund after leads are delivered as our policy does not allow
issuance of a refund once leads have been ordered and delivered. If you want to view a sample of our premium discounted phone or
email leads, you can place a free leads request prior to ordering. Customers who remit by PayPal or Credit or Debit Card must agree
they will not file a chargeback for any reason whatsoever but rather will report any issues to our staff should the need arise so we can
validate problems and take corrective action if necessary.  Normally, our customers do not report problems with list quality as we
perform procedures (list hygiene) in order to provide data which is useful and more accurate than what is provided by other
sources who do not adhere to such practices.


Lead replacement policy

Discount email and phone leads

In regards to leads that offer email addresses or phone numbers or both, and any lead which is not considered to
be a real-time lead, we do not normally replace leads that have an invalid phone or email address. This is
because our featured leads are generally offered at a substantial discount and our margins are not large.

Real-time Leads

If you order real-time leads and we provide these as a generator or reseller or affiliate, a different replacement
policy will apply and the details of real-time lead replacement policies are available on the appropriate product
information pages or website's that feature the leads. We may offer real-time leads that we generate but may
also have links to other real-time lead sources. If we are participating with alternate sources, as a reseller or
affiliate, we may be compensated if a real-time lead or other product or service is purchased (hopefully).

Postal Leads

We have one of the best postal lead replacement policies. Our policy regarding postal leads is stated on
our home page. We offer three-for-one replacement for any undeliverable postal lead (nixie) if the
number of returns exceeds the number of extra leads we include with an order.

We may have a different replacement policy or terms of use for different types of leads that we offer.

Leads are offered as-is without any guarantee or warranty

Leads are offered without guarantee or warranty of any kind and with no guarantee of suitability to purpose.
We do not guarantee a result or that our lead customers will achieve any results whatsoever as results
and sales using any lead product is dependent on factors outside of our control.

We will never knowingly sell opportunity leads that are not opt-in leads but do rely on partners and sources to
provide accurate information to us about their leads and products. In other words, we rely on representations of others
who provide opt-in leads and provide opt-in leads in good faith to our customers. Should a lead provider
not provide accurate information or fail to provide information that correctly characterize leads, we will not be held
responsible. In order to use our leads or other products, you must agree to hold us harmless. If any portion of our
terms is considered to be unenforceable or invalid, it does not render other terms or conditions to be invalid.
Leads are considered to be opt-in leads if leads include an IP Address and Date or Date and Time of the response.
Marketers who purchase our leads do so with the understanding that they are solely responsible for their marketing
activities, representations and actions and compliance with any and all laws or regulations.

If you have questions about our policies or terms and conditions of sale, please don't hesitate to call or contact
us by email. We are happy to work with our customers in terms of providing leads or to help provide information
that might be of assistance to marketers who have specific of general questions about marketing. Please note
however, that when we provide answers to marketing questions, we are offering an opinion, based on experience
or the reported experience of other marketers, which may or may not apply to your particular situation and do so
without any guarantee or warranty.

Fraud Warning

Our credit card processing system and servers are secure and most of our customers provide credible
information when placing orders. We also appreciate that at times, mistakes can be made when
entering order information and we gladly seek to work with legitimate customers to make sure
orders are processed successfully.

However, if someone attempts to place an order using a credit card that is identified as a stolen card,
we will contact interested parties in order to help protect the rights of legitimate card holders. This
means that we will provide information that is collected as part of the ordering process to fraud
investigation departments and law enforcement as when it is determined that a stolen credit
card was purposely submitted. Anyone who submits a fraudulent order using stolen credit
card information is not entitled to protection of their privacy and waives all rights to their
privacy and personal information. We will be happy to clearly demonstrate that it is not
worth a criminal's time or effort to attempt to knowingly use a stolen card.
