What is Opt-in World

The Opt-in World Affiliate program offers webmasters, site administrators and owners an easy way to generate extra income by allowing  visitors to opt-in and join our mailing list.

Make Money!

We will pay you, our affiliate, for every confirmed mailing list subscriber per our current schedule. Plus, you will earn advertising credits for every person who subscribes to the mailing list. The amount of money you make will be solely determined by the number of subscribers that are referred from your website who join up. Of course, we can't guarantee what you'll make but we will have tips and strategies available to help you maximize your earning potential as an affiliate.

Advertising credits that will paid and minimum credits required to earn advertising space will be posted in this terms and conditions page.

As of the proposed official program launch date of 04/01/2001, each subscriber will generate 4 cents split between cash commission and advertising credits. A new schedule will be published with updates or changes to our program and terms and conditions or you may optionally receive notice of changes by email.

When you will be paid

Disbursement of funds will be in the form of a company check payable by Advantage Publishing Services. Normally, checks will be produced every 30 days. Checks will be issued to affiliates when $10 or more in unpaid commissions have been earned.

You are an independent contractor

  • Although details of this agreement which includes the payment and advertising schedule are subject to change, for the length of time you are an active affiliate, you will always be considered an independent contractor.
  • You will earn a fee based on the number of confirmed subscribers that you refer to us who join the mailing list.
  • You are not considered to be an employee of APS and this agreement is not to be considered as an employment agreement or offer of employment.
  • Your compensation will be based entirely on commission paid for confirmed referrals of valid email addresses.
  • You must be of legal age to participate as a paid affiliate.
  • As an independent affiliate, you are responsible for tracking your income and filing any and all appropriate tax filings based on your particular situation and tax status.
  • You will have access to your affiliate account stats on-line
  • It is your responsibility to report your affiliate income by filing accurate and appropriate tax returns. Please make sure that your contact and tax related information is current and correct.
  • All commissions will be paid in U.S. Currency.

APS or Advantage Publishing Services will manage the Opt-In World Program. APS reserves the right to cancel affiliate memberships at any time. Payments to affiliates can be voided or withheld if email addresses are fraudulently submitted, contrived or not valid opt-in email addresses. Tip: As an affiliate you should avoid entering email addresses into the system for other parties.

IMPORTANT: NO SPAM Policy. We ask that you take precautions if you advertise the program to make sure that you do not send u.c.e. or unsolicited email to advertise Opt-In World. This policy will of necessity be strictly enforced. Therefore, those who try to trick the system or who use spam to advertise Opt-In World will be liable for any damages or suits that may result from using spam to advertise. If you are concerned about spam you can rest assured that the Opt-in World System was designed to eliminate problems and complaints. We avoid the spam issue as all subscribers must confirm their subscription and can opt-out at any time from the list.

Opt-In World Banners

As an affiliate, you may post one or more banners on your web site(s) and may advertise your web pages that contain Opt-in World Banners. Once you complete the sign-up form, you will receive an email with complete instructions.

We do suggest that you place your banners where they will most likely receive the most attention and therefore the most clicks.
