They did this because too many marketers purchased lists in the past that were not opt-in or high quality lists and this generated too many complaints and problems for the service provider.

Using third-party lists has been banned by most if not all legitimate email broadcast services. However, since we are confident about the quality of our lists, we're not concerned about this issue.
